San Fabiano Calcinaia, winemaker from Tuscany
The Legacy of San Fabiano di Calcinaia
Origins in the Heart of Chianti Classico
The story of San Fabiano di Calcinaia started in 1983 when Guido Serio and his wife Isa bought estates in the village of San Fabiano, located in the famous Chianti Classico region in Tuscany. Located between Florence and Siena, the territories of Chianti Classico where the vineyards of San Fabiano Calcinaia lie are the pride of Tuscany. Agriculture is the predominant activity on these typical lands whose climate and soil conditions and geographic location make them particularly ideal for the production of high-quality wines.
Commitment to Quality Winemaking
Entirely devoted to the quality of its wines, San Fabiano Calcinaia grows, harvests, makes and bottles its wines according to the great tradition of Chianti, but using ultramodern techniques and a particular style which, year after year, earn it the recognition of the greatest Italian critics, in the image of Cerviolo and Cellole, to name but a few.
